Hi friends! Welcome back to my blog and welcome to a fresh, new week! As much as I LOVE the weekend, I’m also one of those weird people who like Mondays. I enjoy the rhythm of the slow weekend, followed by a GSD start to the week.
I prepare my schedule for the week on Sunday with all my workouts, appointments, blog posts and to-do’s so I’m ready to go with a plan on Monday morning. And I’ve made it a habit to do my favorite workout class on Mondays- it’s an hour HIIT/weight lifting class taught by Colleen- a woman in her 60s with the best personality and motivation.
