Penthouse Loft

At 2,500-square feet, this penthouse sprawls over three dramatic floors. The first floor offers a foyer with original art work and a galley-style kitchen with Viking appliances, and a separate wet bar and living area overlooking downtown. The master suite features a king bed with large-scale art at the headboard, an executive work station and ample seating. The second floor has a small library leading up to another bedroom, which includes a king bed and luxurious bathroom with rainfall shower and spa amenities. And up the last set of glass stairs is your private, outdoor terrace.

Penthouse East

Glass staircases are your tour guide through this 2,500 sq.ft., three-story penthouse with a spacious floor plan for entertaining, world-class art and furniture to match. On the main floor, the open design of the Viking kitchen is a focal point and is situated perfectly for an interactive chef’s tasting or as a backdrop to a dinner party. The main floor master suite is tucked down a hallway lined with captivating works of art. The second floor is dedicated to another king bedroom with ample living space and rainfall shower and on the third floor is a private terrace overlooking Main St.

Penthouse Rooftop

Whether you’re cooking in this 1,350 sq.ft. penthouse, or having our chefs in to prepare a private dinner party in the state-of-the-art Viking kitchen, the open design and layout creates a perfect setting for breakfast with the family or a ten-course extravaganza.

With floor to ceiling windows and views of downtown, this single-suite penthouse also features an outdoor terrace with a dining table and private lounge deck. The living area features original works of masterful art and a state-of-the-art entertainment center.

Penthouse West

This single-story, 2,500 sq.ft. penthouse is ideal for entertaining or tucking in. Outfitted with two king bedrooms, a large living room and pool table, two outdoor terraces, and full kitchen with six-person dining room table, you’ll have trouble getting guests to ever leave. But after they’re finally gone, you can turn on a cozy fire and watch TV from your bubble bath.

Ranging from 1,350 to 2,500 square feet, all of the Penthouses feature oversize communal living areas, kitchens, dining room tables, exquisite views and museum-quality art. Each is different in layout and design—a library in one and a pool table in another, a cozy fireplace here and a three-story glass staircase there.

The Taschen Library

Filled wall to wall with TASCHEN coffee-table tomes, this beautifully designed library shop within the lobby can ignite or relax you with some page perusing. From lavish limited editions to manuals of treehouses or playful peeks into the surfer playboy Bunker Spreckels, there is no shortage of opportunity for stimulating your interests. If you want to buy a book, please do (and if you’re staying with us, we’ll ship it home for you.) Or if you’re in the mood to hang out and flip through all 476 pages of the limited edition Annie Leibovitz, nobody’s going to stop you.

Traffic LA

Starting out in the late ‘70s as a single Hollywood Boulevard store, the contemporary designer boutique TRAFFIC LA is now one of the most celebrated retail stores among the Hollywood actors, musicians and stylists, as well as fashion lovers with rock sensibilities. The voyeuristic spirit of the chic edit is honed meticulously by owners Michael and Sara Moldovan.

Adjacent to The Joule, the boutique is rich with Men’s collections from Alexander McQueen, BALMAIN, Moschino, Off-White, and Thom Browne (to name a few). The Women’s roster shares some of the same stellar brands, as well as highly sought-after collections such as, Maison Margiela, Rick Owens, Greg Lauren, Isabel Marant and more.

Hotel Shop

Ceramics, books, wellness, gifts… the edited selection at Hotel Shop is curated for guests and curious locals alike. Its playful attitude reflects The Joule’s dedication to creating spaces and experiences infused with artful design, creativity, and unexpected discoveries.

Dsquared2 is a pop-up boutique curated by the founders of TRAFFIC LA.

A recent addition to the Main Street retail buzz, Dsquared2 brings over twenty years of refined Italian tailoring, irreverent Canadian wit and unapologetic, glamorous fun. The boutique features a curated collection of the brand’s men’s and women’s ready-to-wear, shoes and accessories collections. The women’s collection and Italian-crafted covetable shoes and bags are exclusively available in Dallas.

Forty Five Ten

Located directly across from The Joule, Forty Five Ten merges fashion and art, inciting the new, the unconventional, the eclectic, and the inspired. After nearly 15 years in operation, Forty Five Ten has become an emblem of the city’s downtown renaissance with its flagship on Main Street.

Surrounded by museum-quality art, the brand presents a distinctively curated mix of global luxury designers and new talent—many found nowhere else in Texas.

Mirador, a private event space and wrap-around terrace on the top floor, is a prime spot for cocktails with friends after a day of shopping.
