Wednesday, March 25th, we launched production on our first batch of 1,250 #Coronavirus masks. Since launching, we have been flooded with requests from various doctors, nurses, and health organizations for more and are in production for over 13,000 to date.
Our customers kept asking for masks, so we created a collection of limited edition masks in some of our favorite prints. They still have the inner, non-woven core, but are wrapped in an extra layer of a fun print that's sure to brighten your day.
These are made of non-woven polypropylene fabric with an outer layer of tightly woven cotton or rayon. They have a pocket inside into which a HEPA filter can be inserted, a nose wire, and elastic at the chin for an optimal fit. They can be worn on their own or they are designed to fit over an existing #N95 mask to help prolong the use.
Mask Care: Machine or Hand Wash in hot water. A disinfectant like a non-chlorine bleach can be used. If using a filter inside the mask, the filter should be discarded after each use.
Original Gray does not have the extra layer of cotton on the outside. It is the same version that we are donating to frontline workers.
Some masks come with our updated design with long elastic ties that can be adjusted or tied as ear loops.
