SHOPPING ONLINE
Presmer.com makes every attempt to fulfill and ship all orders, placed Monday through Thursday, within 36 hours. Orders placed on Friday through Sunday will be shipped out the following Monday. If an item becomes unavailable or is back ordered, you will be notified promptly, and updated when the item becomes available. If an order is refused delivery at the address provided by you, you will be responsible for the shipping charges incurred in returning the package to us and, if applicable, resending the package to you. The sale of python is restricted in the state of California, so we are unable to ship any python products into the state.


RETURNS AND EXCHANGES
We gladly accept returns on full price merchandise within 10 days of receipt. SALE MERCHANDISE IS FINAL. Merchandise must be returned in the same condition as it was sent, unused, with all original tags intact and affixed on them. 
Merchandise in any other condition will be returned to you at your expense.
A printout of the receipt or the order number must accompany all returns.

Presmer.com ONLY will reimburse shipping charges in the event the merchandise sent was defective, damaged, or incorrect. Please make sure to inspect all items prior to removing the tags, as we cannot accept returns without the original tags still in place.
Presmer.com retains the right to refund these charges at their discretion. Once we have received your return, your credit card will be refunded within 7 business days. We will send you an email confirmation once this is complete. Please allow an additional 2 business days for the credit to appear on your statement. Exchange and return policies are subject to change without notice.

Our products are made from genuine python skin and occasional, irregular markings do occur. These are natural characteristics of the animal and should not be considered imperfections.

Also, color variations may occur between dye lots. To preserve the product, keep away from water, excessive heat, humidity, or dryness. Do not apply any kind of cleaning agent. Soil should be removed with a damp cloth. .
