The Spa at Pebble Beach — one of only 90 spas in the world to receive the coveted Forbes Five-Star Award — offers signature services that incorporate the healing properties of plants, herbs and minerals indigenous to California’s Monterey Peninsula.

Rest Assured

The Spa at Pebble Beach has always been a place of respite to recharge while reconnecting; release stress while rebuilding inner calm; and to gather in community.  To provide the safest wellness facility, The Spa at Pebble Beach has synergized the recommendations of healthcare professionals, the CDC, industry associations, and the California Department of Health to launch the “Rest Assured Initiative.”  These new protocols and practices will be seen unfolding quietly throughout your experience during a visit to our Spa.

Guest Considerations

  • All guests are required to wear masks including during services (except during facials)
  • Temperature testing and health screening will be done upon entry to the facility
  • Upon arrival to the spa, guests will be required to sign a COVID-19 waiver
  • All guests must have an appointment unless dining or shopping at the Spa. Day use is not available for Hotel guests and non-resort guests
  • Facility use is limited to 30 minutes before and/or after service only in order to properly socially distance in the Spa
  • Guests with Salon services only will not be able to use the spa facility
  • Steam, Sauna, and Jacuzzi are closed
  • Blow-dry services and steam during the facial are not available
  • In order to maintain contactless payment, we will not be accepting cash

Staff Considerations

  • Spa staff will wear masks at all times. Staff will also wear gloves and/or face shield as required by state guidelines
  • All staff will have their temperature tested and health screening done prior to the start of their shift

Health & Safety Considerations

  • HEPA filters are utilized in all treatment rooms and the salon
  • We have modified booking practices to ensure social distancing and allow extra time for enhanced sanitization practices
  • Sanitizing stations are located throughout the facility
  • A Conservatory Concierge will provide all food and beverage for guests in our Conservatory and Sanctuary.  Masks may be removed while eating or drinking in the Conservatory and Sanctuary
  • For your safety, all reading materials have been removed
  • Please follow decals placed on the floor in order to adhere to social distancing
