I hope you’re thinking right now, no way that dress is not from a second hand store! YES, it is and the shoes too! Next time you have an event consider shopping at a second hand store. I don’t think you will be disappointed.
I have two secrets: 1. It’s not your run of the mill second hand store. They only carry designer labels- and 2. I still haven’t found the perfect event for my dress to make it’s debut, anyone having a party?!?!
The dress is Diane von Furstenberg, one of my favorite designers. The second hand store is The Little Bird. I can’t remember how much I paid for the dress but I know it wasn’t more than $250. I had Birthday money!
Brian Atwood at a second hand store, can you believe?!?! These shoes had never been worn! Ok, these were a splurge. But I couldn’t help myself and I had Birthday money. Now, these, I have worn!

PS-What area of Houston are you living/pics taken? So pretty! I feel like some of it is familiar from my visit to see the Verms.
