Ridiculous Fun Friday

This doesn’t really have the look of a fun friday post, but it is, I swear. I went to a Style Blogger Conference last weekend and let’s just say it was a weekend of ridiculous bloopers. For starters, who in the world would forget their clothes to such a conference? Yes, that would be me.

This is the outfit that my cousin, my S-I-L, and I came up with to replace the original day 2 outfit. Luckily, I had a pair of shoes and a pair of jeans. I wore the same accessories, and the shirt was gifted to us on the first day of the conference from THE OUTNET. I can just hear it, “Isn’t she wearing the shirt we all got for free?” – yes and I love it! Woot, woot!

As a side note, THE OUTNET is a fashion outlet devoted to selling discounted designer womenswear and accessories. For someone who loves outlet stores and discount retailers, this site is pretty exciting. They have brands from Valentino to J. Crew! THE OUTNET is part of NET-A-PORTER, which is a well established retailer for these designer brands.

And so, as the story continues, my sister-in-law spills coffee all over her white jeans while getting in the car for day 2. After taking care of that situation, we get to the conference and realize neither one of us has our laptops…to a blogging conference, really?!? And then I proceed to spill red wine all over my new shirt that night. How’s that for being absolutely ridiculous?

So, I’ll claim this quote to make myself feel better.
