Well, it looks like flannels are in this fall/winter. But then again, what fall/winter have they not been in?!? It just seems that I’ve been seeing them everywhere this year.
I found this one at Old Navy and they have a couple of other really cute ones, so I had to share. Knowing Old Navy, they will be gone super fast, so I wanted to post about them ASAP. I got mine in the mail last Friday and I immediately put it on and wore it trick or treating. Sometimes when something comes in the mail, I love it so much that I have to put it on right then and there- ha!
I tried a couple of different ways to wear my flannel. In the end, I liked the sloppy tuck and the J. Crew “half in, half out” tuck the best. It still shows a waistline, but goes along with the whole comfy/casual look of flannel.

Old Navy has a lot of flannel right now, but these are my personal favorites. Plus, you definitely can’t beat the price!

I knew I should have gotten that shirt. It just seemed to fit a little odd on me. Hmmm. Maybe I’ll go back and try another size. I did get a gray and pink one I like.
I bought that one a couple of weeks ago. When it came, the pocket placement was SO HORRIBLE. The stripes and colors were incredibly, laughably off. My husband’s comment was that it looked sooooo cheap. (Well, it was less than $20, so.) Mine went back. Looks like you got a better version. It’s too bad, because I loved the colors of it. I wish Old Navy was more consistent in their clothes making. 🙁
