I hope everyone had a great Spring Break! I had a great time in Colorado with my family. I took a few outfit pictures while on vacation, but most of the time I was in ski gear, so there aren’t too many. (Also, the pictures are not the best quality…. sorry! ;))
Do my boots look familiar? Remember how I raved about Cathy wearing them in my post “And then Cathy Happened…“? Well, of course I bought myself a pair! I was so excited about them, I even wore them with my ski pants!
They are as comfortable and practical as my Uggs, but they are WAY more stylish. I love the ties in the back.
The weekend before spring break I went spring/summer shopping with my aunt. I bought this top and, of course, I could not wait to wear it! So, I put a black camisole on under and paired it with winter colors. I’m really excited to wear it with my white jeans and blue jean cut offs when it gets a little warmer.

On this day, we took a day off from skiing and walked around the town. I chose the most comfortable pair of jeans I own and paired it with a chambray shirt. I also paired it with another new purchase from my shopping trip- a gauzy, lightweight scarf. You’ll see it again, I’m sure -ha!

And one last thing- when I was at the airport wearing my boots (with this and this), a lady stopped me and said, “I have those boots and love them!”. She then went on to tell me how her friend had been wearing them and she thought they were so cute, so she went out and bought a pair. I told her the exact same thing happened to me! So now I pass it along to you, my friends! Maybe these boots are what you’ve been waiting for, too!

Question on the Fly London boots- love them, want to make sure I’m getting the same color you are wearing in the photos. Sludge? The pic on the Amazon link of sludge doesn’t look quite like the color of yours? The wedge & laces appear to be a lighter color than what yours appear to be. I also noticed there is a sludge, a sludge oiled and a sludge suede. Will you plz confirm for me exactly what color you purchased? Yours almost look like a bit of a gray? Thank you so much 🙂
synchronicity! I was at a consignment store and saw a pair of FLY London shoes (not boots) and tried them on because they were so unusual looking. They didn’t fit, but were so comfortable that I’ve been researching the brand online and looking at all the different styles. I have wide feet with planters fasciatis so comfort in shoes is hard to come by! Love that you love them!
