To be honest, I haven’t really been into red pumps in quite a while. Not since I wore them to my 8th grade dance with my matching red dress to be exact-ha! They just seemed so va-va-voom and a bit flashy for me. Then my opinion was challenged at a Saks luncheon (post here), I love it when that happens! Every time they paired the Brian Atwood red pump with an outfit it added a special little something and looked so sophisticated. Imagine these outfits with a black pump… not as exciting.
Then I started to notice them more and more on Pinterest. When I was at the luncheon I was thinking how cute red pumps would be with a black cocktail dress, but then I saw all of these pins and now I’m thinking the possibilities are endless! How cute would they be with blue jeans, black jeans or an all black outfit like the pictures below? Look how many outfits you could get out of one pair of shoes! And now, the ultimate sealing of the deal…

I got married in red pumps – that was 2007 & I’ve been rocking them ever since. Pair them with navy & cobalt to not look so 4th of July!
