My clients tell me they really struggle with layering. I’ve tried to come up with a helpful formula, but I haven’t found one yet. For this look, I started off with a base outfit that was neutral, added the jacket and, although the scarf didn’t really “go”, it all still worked. Maybe that’s the formula. When layering, sometimes it doesn’t have to perfectly match to “go”, you know?

Love the black on black with the striped scarf. Also love the comfy denim shirt with the AG jeans and the multicolored scarf. Those are looks I would wear in my oh-so-casual life.

My fav is the denim top with Bordeaux AG jeans 😉 and the grey AG jeans with Gap sweater and awesome necklace. Both were casual, but not… Xo
