My Wish List

My family has been asking, “Carly, what do you want for Christmas?”. “Huh?! Oh,….ummmmmmmm (thinking to myself I have no idea), I’ll get back to you about that.” After spending time coming up with gift ideas for the kiddos and the hubs, I hadn’t had a chance to look for myself. Then I thought, what if you guys are in the same situation? Maybe you all would like some ideas, too! So, on Saturday I started to compile an e-mail with links to my wish list to send it to the family members who asked, then I decided to do this post instead. Well, family and husband, I absolutely LOVE everything on this page.  Please feel free to deviate, but here are the items I was going to send you on Saturday. 🙂

PJ Pants 

I have a particular penchant for J. Crew pajama pants.  Yes, it’s true, I already own three pairs of pants that look very similar to these, but they don’t have pin stripes -ha!

Necklace

This is the cutest little necklace from Kate Spade.  It’s a short necklace (17″) and it’s glittery on one side and it says “all that glitters” on the other.  I have lots of long necklaces and a short necklace would be fun to add to the mix.  Did I mention it’s glittery? -ha!

Vest
I’ve been wanting a faux fur vest.  My sister has this vest and I’ve decided it’s perfect because it goes with black, brown and grey perfectly.

Green Earrings / Stud Earrings / Drop Earrings

I pretty much wear my gold hoops everyday, but I’ve been looking to venture out to some other “everyday” earring options.  Ok, so the green ones aren’t very versatile, but they are sooooo pretty! 

Vest

I have a black puffer vest, but my friend keeps wearing her navy one from J. Crew and I keep putting my son in his navy vest, so now I’ve decided I totally need one -ha!

Sweater Jacket

I saw this on the Free People website described as a sweater jacket. What? Did they say sweater jacket?!  You mean I could be comfy and warm without all the bulk of a coat?? Sign me up!!  Not to mention, it’s perfect for layering.

Tee

I love this shirt.  I might just wear it around my house to remind myself that the dishes do NOT have to be scrubbed with soap before they go in the dishwasher and the only thing that matters with my boys is that they feel loved.  Who knew a t-shirt could have so much meaning -ha!

Sweater

You all might think this is a super boring wish, but all I see is versatility!  I have a black one that I wear all the time and I know the grey and tan color would be so easy to layer with the other shirts in my closet.  My preference is grey because I already have a tan v-neck sweater.

Booties

Might these be the perfect bootie? I love the classic look to them, I love the color, I love the contrasting sole and they’re not too high.  I might just buy these for myself -ha!

Wide case / Slim case

I desperately need a new make up bag. Like, really, really bad.  My make up bag is disgusting.  I’m loving the fact that these are leather, and maybe, just maybe, it will withstand the extreme conditions my make-up bag finds itself in -ha! I love the navy with pink or orange text.

Bangles

When the stack gets a little uncomfortable, I love wearing a few of these little bangles on the side I wear my watch.  It makes mixing metals oh, so easy.

Watch

My husband loves shopping for watches, so I’ve spent a lot of time looking at men’s watches and I love them!  I’ve often wanted a men’s watch for myself because a lot of the designs are so classic and simple. So naturally this Kate Spade watch is right up my alley.  I love it.

Case

Color makes me happy and with the amount of time I spend looking at my phone, it would be fun to have this case -ha!
