You know when you get something new and it’s all you want to wear? I remember doing this when I was young. I’d wear the same outfit over and over again because it was new. Well, now I’ve refined my repeating skills to disguise my new favorites a little better. The grey pants and black purse I purchased from the Anniversary Sale are my repeat offenders lately. Here’s how I “summer-ized” my new fall purchases. I couldn’t help myself, YOLO -ha! I hope it gives you some ideas of how to “summer-ize” some of your fall purchases.
I love the way teal looks with grey. In this case, it felt like my grey skinnies needed a pop of summer color and the teal was just that.
I didn’t want my cross body purse from the Anniversary Sale to interfere with my tassel necklace, so I doubled the strap and made it into a shoulder bag. I’m really loving this bag, it functions so well.

I added gold accessories and shoes to tie it all together, and my sandals aid in adding the summery feel.

Well, there is nothing like a floral pant to give your outfit a summery feel. It’s funny, because I’m wearing a black silk tank I bought last year at the Anniversary Sale, similar

If you follow along on Instagram, then you’ve already seen this outfit. Here I “summer-ized” my new grey skinnies with a grey muscle tee and sandals. This was the very next day after purchasing the skinnies. Here’s to “summer-izing” you favorite fall pieces!
