#NSale Handbags and Shoes

I hope you all enjoyed the “The Nordstrom Anniversary Sale Essentials” post! Why had I not thought to start every #NSale with that post?!? Duh! My sister and I went into the store yesterday to shop the post in-person. We had a ton of fun, but things were a lot different! Half of “my picks” weren’t available in the store.

If they did have my pick in the store, I tried it on for sizing information.

Without further ado, here are my favorite handbags and shoes!

Well, leave it to Clare V. to have me wanting each and every bag she is offering in the #NSale. Doh. I want this cute little bag just for the black and white strap -ha! As they say, animal print is a neutral. Add a black and white strap, and I’ve gone to heaven.

It’s the perfect time to see what these Adidas Ultraboost Running Shoes are all about! I’ve had the same pair of black Nike Free’s for more than a couple of years, and I’ve been needing a new pair of sneakers! The UltraBoosts run large, go down a half size.

This bag, at this price, is a such great deal. I love a simple black tote, but I love the shape of this tote (distinctly different shape than most totes on the market). You can fit so much in them, and there’s not an outfit that won’t go with it. I love the idea of using it with the strap they provide or swapping it out for another strap you have. Give it new life with a different strap! It also comes in black and white reptile print.

rag & bone Walker Convertible Leather Tote

If you ask me, these are the prettiest booties I’ve seen in a really, really long time. They are so flattering on the leg. Plus, they are a very classic style. There is no hardware or extreme heel or toe that will date them within in a year. I couldn’t believe that they were under $100! I went down a half size in these.

Marc Fischer Booties

I’m really excited about all of the Kurt Geiger handbags included in the sale. In fact, I can’t decide which one I like best. The colorful one would be so fun to throw on for an extra pop of color instead of grabbing a clutch. Plus, I love the crossbody options on all the bags!

This next bag blew me away in person. It reminds me of this style from Givenchy but at a fraction of the cost! You can wear it as a handbag, shoulder bag or crossbody! I actually have the pink Longchamp tote from last years Anniversary Sale, and I wear it all the time (see other shoulder -ha!)! I’m super impressed with the quality of the super soft leather of Longchamp. The leather isn’t visibly worn after an entire year, and I’m VERY hard on my bags. They are offering this bag in 4 different colors, and they are all really pretty.

I have these short Hunter Rain boots, and I love them. You can cinch them up around the ankle if you need to keep the rain out. But most importantly, they stay cool when it’s warm outside but you need to wear rain boots. They look really cute with shorts, too -even dresses!Hunter Short Packable Rain Boot

I really like the camel color of these loafers because it’s almost a skin color, which means they’ll go with almost everything, especially your at-home outfits. Just slip these on and head out the door. Plus, they look comfortable enough to wear around the house.

I am a huge fan of kitten heels and a huge fan of suede shoes! No matter the occasion, suede always feels appropriate, as opposed to shiny black leather. I can see wearing these with jeans and a cute top if I want to be a bit more dressy (and since they’re kitten heels, I might actually do it). These would be cute with any dressy outfit- skirt, dress, trousers. See why I’m excited about these?!?!

I have a lot of clients who don’t like the extra visual weight a bootie that’s open at the ankle adds to their ankle, which is why I love knit booties! Plus, these kinds of booties look so good with skirts and dresses. I also like that they have a distinct updated look.
