Dress- BP., Booties- Caslon for similar, Earrings- Nordstrom for similar here and here
Happy early Thanksgiving! I ordered this dress thinking it would be perfect for Thanksgiving (looks dressy but it’s as comfortable as loungewear, which is what I’ve grown more and more accustom to wearing) after Nordstrom asked me to share about their Nordstrom Made Brands. What I noticed as I searched the Nordstrom Made Brands is that they have some fun, trendy pieces at really good price points. So, of course, I had to order some of those items, too (see below)! I think this sweater dress looks like it could be by VINCE, but it’s not and is a fraction of the price -yay!
I had to share this picture with yall! I decided to sit down on the stairs and look at the pictures my son had taken, and my dog decided to sit next to me! So cute!
Here are the other trendy pieces I ordered:
Sweater Coat- BP., Jeans- Mother, Turtleneck- Here, Booties- Sam Edelman
I gave a trend talk last week, and one of the trends of the season is a statement coat. I saw lots of herringbone, plaid and graphic coats. Since a coat doesn’t get a lot of wear here in Houston, I thought a “statement cardigan” might be the perfect way to follow the trend. I think this one is super cute and a great price point!
Leather Joggers- Halogen, Booties- Sam Edelman
I love seeing how trends evolve. I’m all for the jogger trend COVID brought us, and I really love this leather take! I dressed them up with black booties in this picture, which I can see wearing to work easily. But I can also see wearing these with a t-shirt or sweatshirt and sneakers.
